The Big Listen


1. What is the Big Listen?

The Big Listen is all about the 'people’ side of our workplace and our service where we’ll be asking people to have their say about what it’s like working in the sector as well as receiving care with us.

2. Why are you doing this?

Here at Hawke’s Bay District Health Board we want to excel in our care and our standards, but in order to make any improvements, we need to first understand from staff and consumers what their experiences have/are like so that we can identify what works well and where more support or improvement is needed in order to deliver safer and higher quality care across the Hawke’s Bay health system.
